Your account. Your hiring decisions.

Your assistant uses the access you authorise. Review a recruiting or introduction request before it is sent. Ramp Remote handles recruiting and introductions; the assistant helps you search, organise and submit requests.

After a confirmed request, our team reviews the brief and works with you on the next step. A submitted request is not a booked interview or a signed hiring agreement.

Use the saved shortlist or request link returned by the assistant to continue on the website. Sign in to the same account to see the same work.

Password & connections

A few things to know.

Yes, connecting an assistant requires a free Ramp Remote account so saved work and private hiring requests belong to the right business. You can still browse the public website without connecting an assistant.

Ramp Remote’s talent platform and MCP access are free. Your AI provider’s charges apply separately. Employment and placement services are quoted before you commit.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the connection your assistant uses to work with Ramp Remote. Add the hosted server URL in your provider’s settings and sign in with your own account.

The candidate information and hiring records available to your account. Member tools include saved shortlists, requests and other authorised hiring records such as proposals and conversations. Candidate profiles remain anonymised. Review the connection permissions before approving them.

Introduction and recruiting requests require your confirmation. Ramp Remote manages the next step with you; a submitted request is not a booked interview or a signed hiring agreement.

Ask the assistant to prepare a recruiting brief. Check the requirements before confirming it for our team.

Use the first-party shortlist or request link returned by the assistant and sign in to the same account. The saved work should be the same in both places.

Open Password & connections, find the assistant under Connected apps and disconnect it. Reconnecting will require authorisation again. Removing the assistant’s access does not erase your saved hiring work.
